The app and website is designed to be difficult to use, long phone calls and payments rejected on this app. Will be making a formal complaint to the FCA

Frustrated

Not sure what’s happening but every time I enter all my Details etc to log into my App it just keeps crashing????

So I have to keep updating my Security Details to aces my account…… So Annoying

As with the website, when I try to access my account on the app, I receive an error message telling me to call them. Useless.
