Ebucks function is faulty
Request cannot be processed. Try again later… I’ve been trying for weeks. Every time I click ebucks it’s not available. This is supposed to be a benefit to customers. But there’s always a reason why I can’t use my benefit. Fix your app please.
Card transactions
Some card transactions have no account details. It would be very usual if FNB customers could add those details onto the statement.
For example on my statement it just has Zanaco Bank and the amount. It would be helpful if I could type in the name of the company I transacted with. Thank you

App keeps asking for a phone that is completely destroyed
My old phone is destroyed and the app won’t let me verify without it, why can’t you people just accept password email nrc card, bank card number and pin? Isn’t that enough information for you? This is a very big waste of my time!

So many screens
Getting to the bank section takes way too many taps. That is the most important page for a user. Also, the exit button should. Always be visible, not hidden in the My Profile section. You should also be able to verify account name and number are an exact match. This is available on other banking apps.

Appreciation of Service
I appreciate FNB, I went abroad for a while now and I can still access my account seamlessly making transacting easy to send my to my children back home, I have never had to call the bank in despair because of something not working. I love a bank that stands with me wherever I am. I am safe with FNB until I go back home.

My most frustrating week
I have spent my entire cell phone voice minutes trying to deal with an international travel snafu. The phone system keeps on sending me to the App which cannot solve my problem. I do not wish to use the App for anything. I am not part of the “thumb” generation. I wish to speak to a person or be able to type on a keyboard- anything else just wastes my time. The last time previously I had a conversation with the BOT if told me wrong information and I needed to pay for an FNB service for an extra month. I do not trust what the BOTs tell me - like the LLMs they hallucinate and I’m the person who foots the bill - there is no accountability on the behalf of FNB. I am not a happy customer

Abandoned?
FNB went from having the best banking app, to having the worst one on my phone. Is it written in COBOL? Laggy, awful UI, chat is horrible. Be better.
