Notifications Don’t Work – Defeats the Purpose
Unfortunately, the app does not send notifications when it’s time to switch intervals. I’ve double-checked notification permissions in iOS settings, made sure background app refresh is enabled, and confirmed alerts are allowed — but I still receive no alerts when it’s time to switch.
Since the entire purpose of a sit/stand timer is to notify you when to change positions, this makes the app essentially unusable for me. If notifications were reliable, this would be a great productivity and health tool.
Until this is fixed, I can’t recommend it.

Thank you for using Standly. We recently made a few improvements to the notification system. Version 2.80 will have those changes soon. We're looking into using time-sensitive notifications to better inform about switching intervals.
Totally worth it

Thanks! Try v2.0. We've added ability to customize the order of intervals and now you can add stretching, walking intervals as welll.
