What's New in Standing Desk Timer Reminder

1.0.3

September 1, 2026

This update puts your schedule to work. StandingDesk now reminds you to start your first cycle, and your streak no longer resets over the weekend. NEW FEATURES • Start-of-day reminders. The start time you set under Schedule now triggers a nudge to begin your first cycle, so getting going no longer depends on remembering to open the app. • Working Days. Choose exactly which days count as workdays in Settings, and reminders arrive only on those days. • A gentle reminder if you have been away for a few days, to help you pick the habit back up. IMPROVEMENTS • Streaks now skip your days off. A Monday-to-Friday routine keeps its streak through the weekend instead of resetting every Saturday, which puts the 7, 14, and 30-day milestones within reach. BUG FIXES • Your streak and its milestone celebration now appear the moment you finish a cycle, instead of waiting until the next time you open the app. Thanks for using StandingDesk. We'd love to hear how the 20-8-2 method is working for you.
