Not good when it’s broken
When it works, it’s fine. I wish there was a shortcut to my reservation QR code so I didn’t have to go through multiple nested screens for my entry code while I’m at the gate with people waiting behind me. Unfortunately the app is updated pretty regularly and the update can be relied upon to break the app. And since this app is the only way to get a parking permit, it’s pretty awful when the app is broken. And you can’t buy the permit until after 4:00, by which time the parking department is closing and has limited ability to assist. This is horrible, since the alternative for a day pass is to park somewhere else and buy another permit through a different system via a kludgy website with no app. We’re in Palo Alto for goodness sake, do better.

Working fine until big update
The app is slow but it is working fine. Until they decide to update it then nothing work. The carpool feature stopped working, I called multiple times but it never got fixed
Billion Dollar Hospital, Cheap App
Impressive that an institution that makes as much money as it does puts forth such a garbage app. Bravo to the developers sticking it to the man—if that is indeed the true motive.

“Leader of innovation”. Can’t get a parking app right. Been late to work so many times because the passes don’t load or don’t work. And now the app won’t load.
Many glitches
This app has so many glitches it isn’t even funny, takes forever to load and most days it will not open. It redirects me to the App Store to upgrade the app even if I upgrade the app it still does not open.
Worst app in history of apps
Absolutely awful. Works only 30% of the time. Crashes often, does not open often, and unable to purchase a parking pass multiple times a month.

This app is the worst.It keeps crashing, not loading, so disappointing. I haven’t been able to purchase parking permis for a week now

The app does a bad job of handling many users buying parking at the same time. I often get a spinning signal and can’t purchase a parking spot. I then wait or forget about for 15 minutes. When I finally get through, no more parking reservations are allowed.
