The app is worth it for the birthday half dozen alone.
Not user friendly
The absolute worst designed app in the history of time. Terrible layout, very confusing. Could be so much more simplified. I never write reviews but this app sucks.

No back button?
This app is terrible. There is no back button so you have to select your store and start over every time you go to look at what something is and want to go back to the menu. The main image when you first log on is stretched so bad and the landscape orientation has the image taking up the majority of space so you can’t scroll the menu.

Wow. The least convenient app ever?
Every time I’ve tried to use this app to order ahead, I’ve had to enter all my credit card info, by hand, including my name. I also have to log in, by hand, and then it doesn’t translate to the rest of the app! Everything is so disconnected, and no wonder I choose Dunkin, despite their far inferior product. Ugh! Make a good app, Stans!!!

this app has deceptive tipping practices as you agree to your total, THEN it automatically adds some random percentage of tip without asking you or making that clear. awful
Remove forced tip
It’s annoying where I have to remove the forced tip every time I do a 2 item pick up order.
It’s understandable if it’s a large order or catering but please don’t force it on everyone.

“Order Ahead” vs “Same Day”
I never end up using this app, because nobody is making it clear whether I should use “order ahead” or “same day“ if I am ordering ahead on the same day.

Inconsistent features
You can only use Apple Pay on the "Order Ahead" option, and you can't use "Order Ahead" if it's the same day. When using "Order Ahead," you have to manually enter your address, and then LATER it makes you log in -- for some reason your login does not persist in "Order Ahead" but it does in the "Same-Day Order" feature. Not very intuitive.

seriously please fix this garbage app. placing an order for pick up is next to impossible. i’m trying to support a local business but y’all make it SO HARD!! but tbh there’s not really any point in making a pick up order since they never actually start to make my order until i’m there trying to pick up

Great donuts and great app
The app has been very easy to use and for years ive never had a problem. Once i preorder on way to work but put in wrong location. They still care of me and made it seemless
Doesn’t save time
Two orders in a row had issues. Had to wait 20 minutes after ordering 15 minutes before arriving. Then second order, I selected day of pick up and it ordered it for next day. Stood there waiting for food only to find out this. Got no breakfast that time. Couldn’t wait. Overall deleted app, will order in line if i choose to come back.
