Absolute Garbage
This app never worked well in the first place. It has never been updated. For being promoted as one of London’s premier airports not having an app that works finishes that somewhat! The website is not much better
Useful App, but could do with updating.
Purchased a Stansted Express return ticket using the App. It generates a PDF Copy of the tickets, rather an electronic tickets (eg like Trainline).
After a while the tickets expired and I could not access them, even though the return ticket had not been used.
Caused major confusion on the date of travel.
The app should ideally be updated.

Misleading
The app does not work properly. Flight arrivals and departures inoperative. Some details incorrectly stated. No Covid information. Don’t waste time with this app.
Complete piece of crap
Stopped working years ago and still not showing anything, I have no idea why Stansted still keeps it in App Store as it’s useless space wasting time consuming piece of crap.!

The app doesn’t work! The simplest of tasks of checking arrivals and departures function is not showing any flights! How can the management team of such a busy airport miss this?

Worse than useless, complete waste of time. Live departures gets you a blank screen whether on WiFi or 4G.

I downloaded this to check departure board information while waiting for a flight. The boards are completely blank...

Arrivals/ departure information doesn’t feed into anything useful, it’s a very basic implementation of an airport app

My flight was delayed for two hours and it said ‘scheduled’ in the arrival info.
Doesn’t work
Stopped working a long, Long time ago and doesn’t work anymore. For an airport that constantly bills itself as the fastest growing airport (and having completed a huge, beautiful renovation in the last year, including security gates that scan electronic boarding passes), the fact that they didn’t bother to update their broken and completely out of date app is just sad, and shows a total lack of understanding of how many people travel.

Not much point including an application entitled “live departures”. There seems to be no connection between the departure board in the airport and the list provided.
