Excellent customer service! I went in to print off some Amazon return labels today! What a complex procedure. But Caroline & Trevor were very patient and spent a lot of time with me until the task was accomplished without making me feel like an imbecile (which i am when it comes to computers). App won’t let me sign in
It tells me the email address I’ve been using online for years is too long.
For a large company, terrible app
Would always have to log in and never took my password…..
Waste of time
Unable to login using online account, does not have link to create a account.
Not for all
Downloaded the app thinking it was like Amazon or Walmart but couldn’t get past the first screen as I’m not a contractor and don’t previously have a login.
