Broken

Latest update completely bricked the app. Hahaha wonderful QA you have there, should write a book on it

I was deceptively charged $25.

I paid for a printer cartridge through the Staples app. Immediately after I completed the purchase, a pop-up appeared saying that if I selected Free Shipping, I would receive $20 cashback. I clicked “Continue,” and a new page opened asking me to enter my card information. I chose Apple Pay, assuming this was necessary for the cashback to be credited to my account.

I was then asked to confirm a transaction showing an amount of $0. I did so, and only after that did I reach a page where I realized that “Free Shipping” was actually a separate service provided by a separate company — a service that I absolutely do not need.

When I checked my banking app, I discovered that I had not received any cashback at all. Instead, $25 had been charged to my bank account.

In other words, Staples and its partner “Free Shipping” used a misleading process to charge me $25 after I made a purchase through the Staples app.

“Great bonus. Thank you very much. I really enjoyed it!”

Thieves?

A year ago, I was able to drop off a 40 volt dead battery and get a $2 reward. Now, I was told that there is NO reward and I have to pay $2.99 to drop off a dead lithium battery. Thankfully, Home Depot was nearby and took it freely. Adios Staples.

it’s bad bro

didn’t even let me search up anything

Great but…

Every time I open your app It makes me go to the App Store and download the app 🙄every single time since you make the new app!
Why please? I’m a regular customer it’s annoying

100% pointless

Every single link I click just opens my browser. This app is complete trash

Terrible app

Payments never work. Error messages all over the place. Terrible app.

Store on Coney Island Brooklyn NY

I always love purchasing items for the office and today. I had a very excellent experience. Jessica, the manager, personally helped me. It was Top service and I love the story fast and I was fully satisfied with my experience. I recommend everyone to go there to buy what you want at reasonable prices.

Barcode scanner doesn’t work

Scanning items gives the wrong item, even if you are in the store that you set as “your store”

When Trying To Ask A Question Regarding A Product-

When I type in my question on my iPhone 3rd-gen, and the keyboard pops up on screen, it prevents me from submitting my question. Tapping on the outside of the question box does not make the keyboard disappear either.

Stop! Bonkers updates. Annoying.

Guys! This is Staples. Stationary and Ink products, etc. Not the pentagon. I’m sick of being FORCED to update before browsing and using my POINTS/coupons. I don’t have ALL day to be fiddling around with staples app. Plus, SOME customers do NOT have $1,800 devices capable of the latest tech update (i.e. iOS 17). At some point you will BLOCK loyal customers from accessing and SHOPPING. Remember, the objective here is “Point of Sale” and customer experience. Not tech dept. latest system creations and mania.

Staples. Ca

App no longer works with staples.ca

Stooples strikes again!

Can’t believe this company. They release an app in Canada that only works in the US. Stooples are always behind everyone else and always will be.

Good enough app

It’s fine, but I have to update the app every time I open it. It was fine 10 versions ago. Leave it alone and this goes to a 5 star rating. Thank you.
