I believe I’ve had this account for over 20 years. At my age, I’m having problems understanding what and how to do to keep my account in order. They have also answered my questions.
The only issue I’ve had about managing my account is that I used to be able to go into my account, pull up current transactions (print them and paste them complete with the account balance total for each entry to a spreadsheet). I’ve not been able to do that for the past several months. Staff has tried to tell me how to arrive at that setting - Perhaps again I just don’t understand some of the words and totals.understand, but I can’t get to that state.

It won’t stop asking
They always fix every problem that I have and have crazy good security and take care of issues if someone gets the credentials to take your money. And customer service is top notch.

She is a highly knowledgeable personal banker who has always been available to me. She is the reason most of my banking decisions are with Star Bank. The best bank I ever had
And all my family have it and I used to have Chase Bank And different credit unit I do appreciate it on Broadway all the employer very helpful and you walk in you feel walking home
Not secure at the moment
I have reported that I am not receiving login access to my account Via text messages to the bank and have not seen any changes for a few days now. Very concerning how slow this is getting addressed. Settings on app are not matching when customer solutions department are telling me that are set at times. Very concerning as well. Be aware!

This app has aids. Can’t take photos of large checks. Takes for ever to show account and is constantly having work done.

Constantly hacked!!!
During Covid they implemented 24/7 tellers through the atm which was wonderful! But my and my husband’s accounts have been hacked constantly since we joined! I’m so done! We’re switching to a different bank!
Won’t load
The whole last week the app can’t connect to your accounts. Needs fixed
Most Amazing Bank
I love how I come into the bank and they know me by name they know my face. They are so attentive and sweet and willing to help you with whatever needs to be done.

The bank on union street is excellent worker there and very patient with me when I don’t understand something!
Clunky and glitchy
It seems that they are either always doing maintenance on it. I’ve had this app for several years, and I have to say it is one of the more painful banking apps to work with. Clunky and glitchy. The logon experience can be difficult, too. These alone make me consider not banking with them anymore and switching to a bigger bank like Chase or PNC.

Hit or miss
I have tried for the past 3 days and it doesn’t work more than it works. Be nice if it would work so I can know what is in my account to pay bills that are due
One thing missing
I think that the app is okay, but the one thing it should have that it does not, is the ability to turn your card(s) on or off. If I notice I can’t find my card I want the ability to turn it off until I find it, or get a new card if it was stolen, or permanently missing.
Keeps informed
Is a wonderful tool to handle all your banking needs when your not in location that the bank is. Helps make sure your on track for goals and stay focus and being a good steward of your resources.

Charges for transfers
I have had an ok experience with Star except very disappointed in the fact that I have been charged 5.00 for money transfers from my savings account to my checking. I am doing all of the work electronically so not sure why the charges and 5.00 each time is unacceptable. I guess I could come to the bank each time and take money out and redeposit it at the teller- seems ridiculous. Trying not to overdraft my account and getting charged anyway. 😠
