Slow and Glitchh
Ever since the updated a few months back, the app is extremely laggy and glitchy. I also find that it will not let me log in quite frequently.

Bad setup
This is the second time where the app won’t let me log on because it says my password doesn’t work. I try to reset it and it sends the confirmation email, but I never get it. I call customer service and they don’t answer or we’ll hang up. This app is pretty much useless and to do online services.

Crashes upon open
Since ios 14.5, I can no longer open the app.
Update not successful
Since the update one month ago, the online bill pay is not working. I was told to periodically check it throughout the day as it may or may not work sometimes. It hasn’t worked yet. Please fix it.

Always a problem
This app is only helpful when it’s actually working. About 2 times a month it signs me out and doesn’t recognize my username or password. Almost not worth having the app for. Especially when you are in a hurry and going on a trip in 2 days. Not happy.

There is always some kind of issue with their app. It takes forever to load or most often doesn’t even log you in at all. Very glitchy. At least they have mobile deposit.
This app is frustrating.
I know my password and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Please please allow fingerprint recognition so I don't have to constantly sign in, risk a typo and be locked out. Not an easy app to deal with.
Works when it wants to
I've had this app for a while now, and it's very convenient, fast and easy. What I don't like is that you never know if it's going to work properly. It's starting to happen more lately.

I love having a mobile app to access all my Starion accounts wherever I go. So easy to use PopMoney too. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that future updates will include check deposits! 😍 Great app, though!

I like the accessibility of this app!! Only comment I have is I wish I could set up account alerts through mobile banking. But it is very easy to use. Glad the bill pay and pop money was added!

Love the new app! Especially like the fact that I can pay bills now or use PopMoney. Don't have to remember to pay daycare anymore...I can drop off on Monday and pay her by PopMoney when I walk in.

Great app but needs more!
This is a great app for most of the things that online banking should offer the customer. However, it's a shame that it doesn't offer check deposit with taking pics. I have seen this with many other banks and Starion needs to add this. Overall a great 4/5 stars!!
