Makes saving for health SO EASY
This app let’s me save for health without even thinking about. It’s super easy to tell how much you’ve saved towards your yearly contribution limit so you don’t need to worry about keeping track on your own. I like using round-ups and auto-invest features to save and grow my account in the background. Also you can add the card to Apple Pay so I don’t need to remember to bring my card every time I go to the pharmacy! Lifesaver

Starship is like if Robinhood made an HSA. It has everything you need from capturing and saving receipts to unlocking and locking your debit card. It is super easy to use!

I’ve had starship for almost 2 years now and this app is so easy to use and has been extremely helpful in saving for my health savings account! I would highly recommend for anyone trying to better allocate their finances into a tax deductible method of paying off medical bills in the future!

I’ve been using Starship for a few months now and I am very impressed. They keep adding cool features like round-ups where I can collect spare change when I make a purchase with my debit card. Pretty neat!
Poor customer service
Tried opening up an account and there was problems verifying my information. When asking about how to fix this, they simply told me that it can’t be appealed and they can’t do anything. Zero effort on their part to remedy the issue or even help.
Horrible experience… stay away!
I spent a lot of time trying to get an HSA opened through Starship and the App kept showing me the sign - We couldn’t open your account - We couldn’t verify your identity, even though I uploaded the required documents including valid driver’s license front and back. When I tried to contact someone in the company about it she said that my account could not be opened and she could not tell me why. Her name was Heather. This company is probably a SCAM. Stay away, imo.

No help with verification of eligibility
I thought because my deductible is $2500 that I would qualify and starship does not have any help to verify if you even qualify before you open the account. They do not have helpful q&a and they are not available 24/7 for chat support. Also I set up the account and now know I can’t have the account I have not deposited any money yet and the app will not let me close the account without speaking to someone. Do not download the app until you verify if this is available for you legally and if it is a smart financial decision.

This stupid starship Health savings app is a scam, my account was frozen. and I have $3k in my account…. the Stupid starship customer care are aren’t helping me out, because they are scam!!! They keep telling me to call my linked bank to file a dispute so I could get back my money, I called my linked bank and they said they can’t do anything about it……. My linked bank said only starship Heath savings account can disbursed my money…… starship savings account is not doing anything about my money, between they logged me out of my account and i have no access to my money and account anymore….. they are scam!!!! Startship is not letting get back my money
