Great App!
I’ve been using Start Right Retire Right for a little while now, and it’s exactly what I needed to get serious about planning for retirement. Password reset issues
This app previously worked well. Suddenly, my account is locked and I have called Bank of Oklahoma, but they cannot help me and say it is an apple issue. Bank of Oklahoma states the Apple users can no longer use the app or any Apple device to access their account because of an update Apple made.
Love accessibility to my retirement info
Accessibility to adjust contributions and ability to adjust are my favorite features.
App don’t work
Worst app and customer service never works if you call for help they will only advise you to call you administrator to fix their problems they will keep you in a loop I only use the online web the app is just a joke -

Hardship

Difficult to navigate for simple folks
For a self directed retirement account it means most people don’t have professional financial guide to help them understand what different functions mean. The app should be designed with more simplicity in mind.

Outdated
My company switched to BOK for our 401K, and the app isn’t always up, and the information such as ROI isn’t on landing page, have to go to a menu for a lot of info. Outdated look too.
Logon Issues
I can’t log in to the app so it’s worthless.
Start Right is the best
Love the start right mobile applications! Way better than my wife’s 401k application which just shows a balance.
Review
I like being able to check & see how the mutual funds I’m invested in are performing. I would have given it a 5 star but they recently removed a feature that was removed that I really liked. This feature showed I believe approx. 20 stocks that the mutual fund was invested in the most & showed the percentage of that stocks along with how the price & if it was up, down, or unchanged as well a few other features. App is easy to use & haven’t had any issues with it.
