What?

Why only 9 stretches?

Love this app

I love these stretches. They are very effective, I have used this app for 5 plus years now and it’s wonderful!

Great app!

Easy and effective 👍🏽 more levels would be nice.

Nope!

Only NINE stretches??!!

A great little app

I’ve been using Start Stretching for at least a year now, and it has made a difference. Easy-to-follow instructions and the alerts between each exercise are helpful.

Good

A good variety of stretching for free

WHAT THE HECK AM I SUPPOSED TO DO? Completely lost here

Like I said, It’s not doing anything for me because I don’t have any direction on how to use this app. Unless that’s all there is just settings!

Good!

This is a great app to start stretching, and it’s completely free. My only complaint is that it is the same stretches. Don’t get me wrong they are great stretches, but there are no other options. But over all this is a great app for beginners.

Great beginner app!!!💪🏻

9 exercises to get your stretching. VERY easy app to use (saying this as a complete beginner to stretching).

I would have given it a 5 if there were more stretches, but you can’t argue at the 9 available on the basis the app is free!👌🏼

Used once, good stretches

I have only used this one time but I like the stretches, I like the 7 seconds to get setup and the 30 second timer. It was easy to figure out and I feel good.

Stretching

Breathe, relax, and stretch. Great way to warm up the motor and stay limber.

It's a great app! Wish it had a progression

it's definitely one of my favorite apps, but one thing I miss a lot is that it's got no option for progression, besides extending time or going on a second round, and it had limited set of moves. I hope there will be some updates.

Perfect

These full body stretches cover the basics. Anything more complicated and I would find reasons not to start.

Do Not Purchase Premium

This app offers very few stretches/features. The premium version offers a small number of additional stretches, but it is not worth the cost. Definitely do not purchase.

Nice and Basic

I love this app! It’s nice and simple and gets the job done for me. It does not take long and it times each stretch and automatically goes to next stretch. The ease and time allows me to do each day.

Simple little free app and easy to use.

Simple little free app and easy to use. 100% better than trying to figure stretching out for yourself.

Pretty good for beginners

Would be better if there were modifications listed. Also, the description of the twist doesn’t match the illustration.

Really helps keep flexibility

It’s a great app. I use it as a pre workout stretch before weight training, martial arts or even HiiT training

Helpful

This app is very helpful for those who think they are ready to “workout” or “exercise “ but cannot last the first 5 minutes of a workout routine or who does a whole workout routine fine, then are down for 5 days because you overdid it. This app allows you to take it show, and start back with basics. People are hating on the app but maybe because they are already in shape a little. I hurt head to toe getting out of bed in the mornings and today, I tried this app. Yes, it’s is basic but, I only need basic. If I can’t touch anywhere near my toes I don’t need to overrated apps with nice buff in shape people. I need an app like this. It counts for you and has sounds so you don’t have to stare at the phone. Doing these basic, “easy” stretches got my heart rate up and out of breath. This shows me I need to start here and work these stretches until I can too, look at the app and call it “basic”. I’m not ready for something more intense than this app.

It’s hard to do a simple thing well

But this app does it. It doesn’t have a vast array of stretches or options. It doesn’t have flashy videos or celebrity voiceovers, and it’s better for it tbh.

It’s easy to get bogged down with too many options when it comes to exercise. There’s no frills or distractions on this app. You open it, set the time per stretch and go.
