Basic information missing in the app like the unrealised profit %.
Today the app shows only a numeral number which is not accurate since the performance may change if more money is invested and the performance numeral value does not change.

การยืนยันตัวตน/อัปเดตข้อมูลบัตรประชาชนควรทำให้อยู่บนระบบหรือใช้ Provider ที่น่าเชื่อถือ ไม่ควรเป็นการส่งข้อมูลให้เจ้าหน้าที่เพราะต้องถ่ายเลขหลังบัตรซึ่งสมัยนี้เค้าไม่ทำกันแล้ว เรื่องความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลลูกค้ายังติดลบอยู่มาก ตอนสมัครยังให้ NDID ได้แต่ตอนอัปเดตทำไม่ได้ แอบงง คิดว่า solutions ที่ดีกว่าถ่ายเอกสารส่งให้มันมีและไม่เหลือบ่ากว่าแรงของบ.ที่เป็นโบรคเกอร์ ดู finnomena เป็นตัวอย่าง

Poorly designed
the interface is terribly confusing, couldn’t withdraw my money, only deposit option was available. They told me my account was banned???? Had to submit documents to revert ban, and at the same time update my mobile and requested a change of mobile since Dec. July i finally received 3 notifications that my mobile is finally updated. AUGUST came in still unable to withdraw because my mobile is still not reflected????? The lapse in this all is unacceptable. Ridiculous i’ve got receipts of them acknowledging the change but not updated on system????

ใครที่คิดจะใข้คิดให้ดีเลย ฝากถอนช้าอันนี้พอเข้าใจ แต่กดถอนแล้วเงินในพอร์ตยังลดลงเรื่อยๆ หมายความว่าไง แอปนี้ ค/ว/ย แย่จริงๆ

ระบบดี มีการกระจายสินทรพย์ลงทุนที่ดีมากติดลบน้อยมากในช่วงที่สภาวะผันผวน ข้อควรปรับปรุงมีแค่เรื่อง DCA ที่หัดบัญชีตลอดไม่ได้ ทำได้นานสุดแค่ 12 เดือนแล้วต้องทำซ้ำทำใหม่

ผม DCA ไว้เมื่อ 2 ปีก่อน เข้ามาดูเขียวทั้งกระดานเลย จนได้ย้ายจาก Dime มาเป็นแอพหลักละในการ ETH การโยงย้าย ETH สะดวกมาก ส่วนหุ้นรายตัวจะไปใช้ Dime แท่น ถ้าปรับเรื่องเงินเข้าเร็วกว่านี้จะดีมากครับ แอบช้าไปหน่อย

แอปใช้ง่ายดีค่ะ ไม่ซับซ้อน เหมาะกับคนที่อยากลงทุนต่างประเทศแบบง่ายๆ เจ้าหน้าที่ให้ข้อมูลดีมากๆค่ะ

ปกติไม่ค่อยได้รีวิวแอป แต่อันนี้อยากบอกต่อจริงๆ เราใช้มาประมาณ 3 ปีแล้วรู้สึกว่าสะดวกมากๆ ในการลงทุน จัดพอร์ตให้ ทำไรให้หมด ตอบโจทย์เป้าหมายการเงินของเรา โดยเฉพาะที่ปรับพอร์ตอัตโนมัติก็เลยลงทุนได้สบายใจจากสถานการณต่างๆ ที่ผ่านมา อีกอย่างคือ ทีม support ตอบคำถามดีมากค่ะ ให้รายละเอียดดี ดูแลดีแม้เราจะเป็นรายย่อยตัวเล็กๆ เหมาะสำหรับคนที่อยากลงทุนยาวๆ ไม่อยากคิดอะไรมาก ปล่อยให้เงินทำงานไป แต่อยากให้มีแจ้งเตือนฝากเงิน real-time จะดีมากๆๆ ค่าา 👍🏻
