Cannot connect
It simply doesn’t work. Extremely frustrating to build an app that can’t connect to the device. Mind blowing
Build quality and sound quality
I have always used AirPods and I thought they were the best earbuds then. I decided to give these a try and when you pick them up you can that they are well built and will last. The sound quality amazed me when I used them and AirPods can’t even compare.

Location for earbuds?
The app directs me to the wrong location in the iPhone to enable location services to track the pro x earbuds.
When I go to “location” to find the correct setting to toggle location permissions on, status hub isn’t an option to select. I have over 100 other apps with location settings to toggle, but status hub isn’t one of them. Only docking a star for that, but sound quality and ANC and touch controls are all great.

Decent app and amazing headphones
Headphones are amazing and the app is pretty decent. A few suggestions, we need a way to opt out of data collection, you claim no data is collected yet the app is making several connections to google and sending analytics data, so data IS being collected just much less compared to others. I bought these headphones for the fact the app claimed no data was collected i do NOT want any of my data going to google in any way. We also really need an option in the app to disable touch controls on the headphones. I am using the 3ANC model and the headphones themselves are wonderful but the touch controls are way too sensitive and responsive to any touch at all, you cant even set one down wrong or it triggers the touch controls, i have accidentally blasted the volume or turned it all the way down several times in just the first day of usage. Its not only annoying but kind of a hearing / safety issue.

I can hear things within songs that I didn’t before, and they stay in my ears at the gym all my Bose buds kept popping out.

The Only Choice
I started with Status Audio when they first broke. The product appealed to me because it’s developed by audio engineers. I am in audio production. I used the Between Pro model and fell in love with the quality and how different listening felt. The triple driver technology is easier on the ears. The clarity is unmatched. I then got the BT-1 model. They’re on the ear and the quality is superb. I use them when mixing with headphones because the accuracy is excellent. I also bought the studio model. I forget the name. But these were large over the ear. They were super flat but the delicate wiring cut the life span short and only produces sound in one ear. Still, Status Audio is my one and only choice for listening to music. I’m now the proud owner of the Pro-X model. I am floored by the quality and separation. My mixes sound far better than I realized. Go Status Audio. They’re affordable, they care and the quality of construction and sound is unmatched. Period. Thank you, folks at Status. Your company is a game changer.

It’s about time folks
Well ladies and gentleman! When I say I’ve bought damn near every style of ear buds on the market let me tell you I have I’ve spent well over 2 thousand in the past 3 months hands down status pro x are the best quality of sound you will ever get I had a pair of their between anc3 and I thought they were the best an there was no way they could be beat ! well the folks at status once again kicked azz , the quality of sound will not be matched. Music is the most important part of my life when I need to get away from a crazy day . You hear everything , every instrument nice and crisp as if they are playing right in front of you blocking out the outside sound cures the flying issue that most earbuds and headphones have while in flight if you want to stop wasting money on all the “OTHER BEST EARBUDS“stop !!!! buy these pro x earbuds you will not be disappointed promise!

Best earbuds ever
I’ve had both the Between 3ANC and now the Pro X. They are both stellar! Crisp sound and spatial sense and depth. So much so that there have been sometime I literally thought there was someone else in the room with me! Also five-star support for the times when connection issues come up. I will always be a Status Audio fan!

Best sound – best fit – amazing noise canceling -crazy price!
I’ve owned multiple pair and I’ve given them about six or seven times as gifts to friends who have all worn beats or AirPods, and they cannot believe the sound and depth of the base from these speakers! Truly amazing and the price makes the experience sensational

I’ve owned my pair of earbuds for a minimum of two years now and I can honestly and confidently say there the best wireless buds I’ve ever owned highly adaptive, effortlessly performative, and the battery life is quite decent in my opinion all n all 10/10 for me thank you status for not folding to the norm and for pushing the boundaries for us audiophiles

Nitpicking Suggestion
In the companion app, I think it’d be nice to explain what effect each knob has in the equalizer. I’d like to customize my experience but I’m unfamiliar with the setup and there’s no tutorial.
Connecting to app
The ear buds are awesome, long life and sound great. I’ve had them for 3 years now and are great for long flights. It seems the connectivity has gotten more and more difficult, to the point I can no longer use the app. I’ve tried resetting in the case and putting into pairing mode with no success. Often times the earbuds get out of sync because I use one for calls sometimes then it gets difficult to sync them back just putting them in the case and holding the button doesn’t seem to work. I have to do things in a very specific sequence otherwise it doesn’t reset.

These ear buds are unbelievable the sound is exquisite you hear highs mids and lows Wow I have never heard ear buds like this before You have to listen to truly understand how good they sound . I just Recived mine today and have a hard time stoping listening to them
