Wasnt a fan at first.
I iwned a pair of between 3 ANCs and did like the bass reproduction, but there were too many problems i had. Namely call quality. too much ambient noise. and the ANC was wonky. Butttt Im in love with the pro X. Bass i s awesome. clarity is AWESOME. ANC on these are AWESOME. Right out if the box. if you’re in the market for head phones BUY THE PROX X. They are the best headphones i’ve had in years

you guys updating the app to match the “dark mode” apps on iOS ? It’s the only blue/grey app I have. It’s a minor cosmetic thing but it’s a big deal to my eyes 😀

Add an option to disable touch screen feature
The ear buds are Amazing from this brand but I wish u can disable the touch screen feature , sometimes my sweat accidentally triggers the touch screen while I workout or use them at work place
Extremely disapointed
I disable bluetooth one time and now the app wont connect to my Pro X earbuds. I can’t even load into the app. It’s also ridiculous you can’t disable the feature where it AUTOMATICALLY pauses and plays your music if you take out your earbuds, but god forbid you hold it in your hand so now it still thinks it’s in your ear and keeps pausing and playing and pausing and playing and there is no way to turn this feature off. Also, you can’t reprogram the physical buttons? Really?? That’s not even the worst of it, by default, if you tap your earbuds once, it pauses and plays. Okay, not a big deal but if you need to slightly adjust your earbuds because they’re falling out, oops now it’s paused again. Fine, I changed it to pause when you double tap, but then it barely ever registers the second tap. All of that not even to mention, after my Pro X’s disconnected when I turned off bluetooth, they DEFAULTED BY TO SINGLE TAP and I can’t change it again because the app isn’t working. What an insane disappointment.

Give us the option to disable touch controls and data collection
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The insane sensitivity of the touch controls makes these headphones a waste of money, Status also treats disabling them as a premium feature only available on the pro x model when i have $30 Bluetooth headphones from other brands that offer the option but these much more expensive ones do not because they are not the most expensive option….
Not to mention they claim no data is collected but data is in fact collected with no opt out option.
These headphones i bought purely for meditations and the fact no data was collected. Because of software i cant use them for their only purpose and data is collected….
Rewrote my review and changed to 1 star because support in an email told me when requesting the feature to disable touch controls that its not a currently supported feature, so i guess when requesting features make sure its already a feature….

better than bose
sound quality almost as good as bose and when you consider all the neat features and personalization you cannot find a better product than this.

By far the best freaking headphones I’ve ever encountered, head banging certified for sure. I will never own another brand other than status. Can’t wait to jump up to the pro X model.
App doesn’t connect to pro x
Been having trouble with the app because it can’t connect to my pro x earphones, I followed the instructions to reset and reconnect the earphones but still having the same issues
Excellent audio reproduction
I love the Pro X earbuds. I only have one concern. Can the Earbuds be improved with a better ambient noise cancellation including wind noise as well? The outside ambient noise and wind really drowns out the music while I’m listening.
Cannot connect
It simply doesn’t work. Extremely frustrating to build an app that can’t connect to the device. Mind blowing
Build quality and sound quality
I have always used AirPods and I thought they were the best earbuds then. I decided to give these a try and when you pick them up you can that they are well built and will last. The sound quality amazed me when I used them and AirPods can’t even compare.

Location for earbuds?
The app directs me to the wrong location in the iPhone to enable location services to track the pro x earbuds.
When I go to “location” to find the correct setting to toggle location permissions on, status hub isn’t an option to select. I have over 100 other apps with location settings to toggle, but status hub isn’t one of them. Only docking a star for that, but sound quality and ANC and touch controls are all great.
