Annoying App, constantly sending notifications

No map of the location (resort in my case), slow app that connects with front desk and disconnects - no way to continue conversation, need to restart it.
Finally, 12 notifications per day! Most annoying hotel app in my phone.

Horrible app in Kea Lani Maui

Much of the property information is incorrect and incomplete. Cafe menu page doesn’t have the menu, just catering platters. Alerts pop up for discounts and the outlet doesn’t know anything about the code needed for the discount, then app just freezes and won’t allow me to cancel or click out of the page without the code the shop knows nothing about. The only option is to completely turn off iPhone snd re-boot. It is a huge pain in the neck.

Banff Springs does not show up

When it asks me “choose your hotel”, Banff springs hotel does not show up even when I type it in. Unfortunate because when we checked into the hotel, one of the cards we were given said to download the app. Would have like to make use of this app during my stay!

It doesn’t work

For the Fairmont Banff springs I keep trying to enter my room number but it tells me it does not exist. I am also sitting in my hotel, using their wifi and have location turned ON for the app but it still says “it looks like you aren’t in the hotel. Check back when you are.” Frustrating!

Great app when staying at the Fairmont

Easy to navigate and chat with the concierge. Used it to make all my dinner reservations. As well used some coupons for the spa. Well worth downloading and using!

Is this a legit Fairmont apps? I could not find any credible info on this company that create this app.

That is correct: Fairmont Staytus is designed to enhance the stay of guests staying at Fairmont properties. Bookings can be made through the Accor app.

doesn’t work. no knows anything

this app doesn’t work. it won’t unlock with my room number. No one at the Chateau Whistler knows anything about. Called “Royal Service” and they passed me to Internet Support who also knows nothing about it. Good job Fairmont in training your folks!!

Easy to use

It was easy to gain the info about our hotel and get discounts, hope to use it again during another stay at Fairmont

Made connecting with the hotel super easy!

Really love how easy it is to communicate with the hotel through chat. Received good info very quickly - no more walking down to the reception!
