للأسف صار سيء البرنامج الحد الادنى لشحن كل ماله بزدياد!

سئ يطالب بالشحن بمبلغ ٣٠٠ ريال هناك تطبيقات افضل منه

Most of card transactions reports are not working , support issues not working , if you start chat session and you left the secreen it exit chat without saving it , so every time you start new chat
Unable to raise my limit
Despite multiple phone calls and chat messages with the support , they keep telling me the same answer to increase my limit in the app, but the app doesn’t have this option will be pulling my money out unless a real resolution is provided. I also intent to raise a commercial complaint with the ministry of commerce about this matter.

Adding money limit
I don’t like the limit that is put for adding money to the wallet makes me not want to use the app as much and look for other apps that could assist without giving a limit of money of 300

زيادة الحد الادنى للتحويل من ١٠٠ إلى ٣٠٠ غير عملي وتسبب في استخدام بنوك أخرى لأغلب العملاء لديكم

Worst app and worst bank. It’s locking my money. I can’t transfer to anyone and I can’t add apple pay I can’t cash the money as issuing the card need to pay fee!!!!

ليه 300 هذا لنك المفروض المبلغ يرجع مثل اول اقل شي 100 ريال مثلاً عندي 200 ابي ازيدها ميه عشان احول لاحد مجبور اني اضيف 300 ليه
