App crashes all the time shame wanted to see more of the hotel 😡

Very easy to use app with loads of information about the hotel, activities, food and even excursions offered.
If you are having difficulties using this app, you need to enter the code ‘stp-en’ into the special code box to enter the app; from there you can access all the information.

Crashes at log in
Can’t access the app at all. Crashes every time. Even tried deleting and reinstalling.

Downloaded app to enter as visitor and as soon as I touch the option the app shuts down

For anyone who is experiencing the app crashing…
If the app crashes when you choose to enter as a visitor, simply enter “sti-en” into the ‘Secret Code’ box and click the arrow
