Transparency
First of all the app is evolutionary and I believe some brilliant minds put this together. I could appreciate its (the app’s) functionality. One thing I could ask to improve is when the technician sees a job up for self claim, and/or approved, that the technician be able to see what the job is actually approved for or entails and what he is signing up for, instead of just a dollar amount. Thank you guys for all that you do. Keep up the good work!

My overall experience is great.... As I've worked for myself for over 20 years and with this current economy our work has dipped to an all time low... But stellar is a great company to work for.. All the Pm’s are awesome and very understanding, can't say one bad thing about the office staff... They are also very nice... There engineering guy are attenditive when you have issues on your phone app, all around a great company to work for... I'm very happy with them and has kept me afloat during my phase with this current administration decisions with our lives...

Plumbing Contractor
They have a flat rate pricing structure that is not meant for people who actually want to make money. I understand this is their business model to get more clients but as a plumbing contractor and someone who pays my guys very well. Their pricing structure is insulting to say the least. If you’re a one-man show, and you have little to no overhead, you may find it worthwhile. Other than that, you would have to be desperate to do work for the amount they’re willing to pay. If you’re a plumbing company that has employees and you’re running a legal operation you will lose money doing work for this company. They don’t allow you to mark up material though they expect you to provide the material.

Plumber here. These guys are a joke and most importantly a waste of time. Pay is slave wages. Stay far away!!!!!
Low Pay
I tried using the StellarPro app expecting fair compensation for service calls, but the pay structure is extremely disappointing. After completing the work, covering travel, time, and other expenses, the payout barely covers the costs involved. The actual earnings are extremely low. By the time you factor in gas, tools, mileage, and time spent on the job, it often feels like you’re doing all the work for free.
The app may look promising at first, but the actual earnings do not match the effort and expenses required to complete the jobs professionally. For technicians and contractors trying to make a living, the compensation is simply too low to justify the work.
Unless the payment structure improves significantly, I would not recommend platform to anyone.

Overall super seamless app. Work varies by week but usually see multiple plumbing jobs a day. Some turn into massive jobs.

Don’t pay for trip charges and pay so cheap . Waste of time company I will be reporting better business bureau for low wages and not paying . They will Have you download app and do so much for cheap prices and jobs you won’t even get hired for . If you like to work for free go ahead and waste your time

Seems Low End
Had two jobs schedule in the entire time I’ve had this, and both haven’t been anything. I also wasn’t paid for my trip out yet (will be contacting). But overall, not a very good experience.
