Signed out over and over
I’m trying to watch the saved video of a show I didn’t manage to see live. The video is there, but clicking on it does nothing. This app seems completely useless, and judging from the other reviews here it sounds like I’m not alone.

Impossible to use to stream your purchased events to your home television
Worst steaming app
Customer service wouldn’t help me with my problem. Kept saying the url didn’t exist. Customer service blamed me. I asked for a working link or a refund. They did neither and just stopped responding to my messages. I don’t know if this app just isn’t ready for use by the public. They obviously don’t have the capacity to handle problems or even large audiences. What an absolute disaster.

Unacceptable Issues
This company provided unacceptable service for a paid program and failed to provide access to a show, even for customers who purchased tickets far in advance of the show. Shame on this company for their lack of preparation and organization.
Not Capable of Handling High Traffic Events
Bought a ticket, had it loading for about 5 minutes before a performance just for it to crash and not let anyone in. Super disappointed because a lot of people were looking forward to this performance and supporting an amazing person and constant creator.
worst app ever
i am very upset rn because i am trying to watch the Dylan Mulvaney concert but as i can see it isn't loading for ANYONE. We payed for this and I know a lot of people who were excited to watch, and it's devastating to know we can't watch it because of how poor the app was made. disappointing.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Not at all the fault of the stunning Dylan Mulvaney, but we’re now 13 minutes into her live stream and it keeps giving me error messages. Was really hoping to be able to celebrate this special moment with her. Stellar is a bad app for streaming!
Absolutely useless
The app is not working at all. On top of that cannot access ‘contact us’ either. Basically everything on the app is an error code.
Terrible
I downloaded the app an hour before the show and I managed to get on the stream until it kicked me out of nowhere. I tried to go back in but it kept saying there was an error and did not work every time I refreshed it. I even tried deleting the app and redownloading, yet nothing.
Doesn’t even work
Not a single tab on the app even works…. I’ve been trying to access a show that I ALREADY BOUGHT TICKETS FOR and the app won’t work… links in emails won’t work… I just lost my money and can’t even access this stream.

This app is a stinker!
Not intuitive, hard to use, does not work with AirPlay through an Apple TV box (provides audio only), customer service robot- answers questions with impossible solutions. Maybe it’s free, but not “worth it”. Beware.
Service not ready for prime time
If you order while the event is in progress, you will not get access until the following morning. This is unlike any other PPV event I have ever seen. No in progress feed. No rewind. No replay. Customer service was not helpful.
What does this app do?
Downloaded this app an hour before a live performance on the iphone thinking it would help me cast to the TV. In the end the ticket link was opened in a browser on a laptop and HDMI connection to the TV. Stellar in general had no help with connections or clear steps. I would avoid unless you want to watch on a small screen or have time to waste on compatibility issues.

Complete failure
Bought my tickets, downloaded the phone and TV apps, tested the stream. Date and time of event black screen. No error, no stream. Shot an email to support, no reply. Suggestion from Steller, contact the “organizer” and they usually get back to you in one or two days. For a live event, with no pause, no rewind, no restart? Nope! Steller provided the app and took my money. They were not there to support their ticket sale.
