Sorry about that. We use the iPhone’s built in step tracker - so the steps should be the same as those on Apple Health. Please send us feedback email from Settings > Help & Feedback > Send Feedback to help us identify and fix the issue.
Still flawed
Still doesn't calculate accurate total steps once I sync my Garmin watch to my phone. For some reason, they want to use Apple Health as the source but I don't even use Apple Health. I use Garmin to track my steps.
The directions they give you don't work either. Garmin is listed above AH in the settings yet this alp so can't get the step count right.
