Can’t log in
Logged into website fine, downloaded this junk app and it’s telling me my passwords wrong even though i just used the same password to log in on the website.
The stuff they leave out
I got learners insurance on my new car car I got learners insurance two months before my test and they told me i had to get insured for the year and if I pass first time they will give me money back it was £550 to get learners insurance for 12 months and if I stayed with this company for full insurance if I pass they would take off a good amount because i didn’t need the additional 10 months once I passed they failed to tell me that they couldn’t give me a quote and the best they could do is give me £200 back to the card I payed with and they would have gave me £275 if I stayed with them the problem was I couldn’t stay with them which they failed to tell me so I payed £350 for 2 months of insurance that wasn’t really needed they referred me to try go compare even though they said they’d try and keep me with them disappointed as I’m 18 years old with a minimum wage job and don’t have this type of money to just lose. Atleast if you tell people they might not be able to be quoted on the insurance once passed they know what to expect

App doesn’t get past the opening loading screen
I also can’t login to the website on google because it “doesn’t believe I’m human” so basically I can’t access any of my car insurance info. If you haven’t signed yet, use a different provider. Useless.

Refer customers to the app but then the app will not open. Tried many times on different Apple devices, waste of time

Can never get logged in on phone.
