NEVER Accurate Pickup Time
Worth a zero star. Expects students to fly to the pickup place when it arrives early and leaves when the students can’t make it. Basically it sends me a notification saying “arriving in 10 minutes” when the pickup time should be in 13 minutes, then in 3 minutes I receive two consecutive notifications saying “arriving in 5 minutes” and “your vehicle is here”. There’s no way for me to arrive at the pickup location “on time”, and it just leaves. It’s such a pity that I can’t fly. But if I can, I won’t need to schedule a shuttle anymore.

Picturesque Travel Experience
Dearest Gentle Reader,
One must question an experience as grand as the Stevens Shuttle.
Could something so divine even manifest in a reality as tarnished as our own?
Today my expectations were not only blown away but elevated beyond the point once thought possible. My travel experience this night, the thirty-first of August in the year two thousand and twenty four, anno domini, was truly magnificent. As I ambled out into the cold, unfeeling streets of Hoboken, New Jersey, surrounded by numerous ne’er-do-wells, I was met by the warm, angelic light emanating from a solitary black van.
Our eyes interlocked in the soft glisten of the rearview mirror. His clandestine gaze offered me bodily comfort on this humid summer night.
As we traversed the softly lit avenues of this here township, I was whisked into a etherial realm of ecstasy and wonder. My singular reproach twas that his grizzled visage could not face me at all times. None the less I was enraptured.
The colossal waves of sorrow that washed over my body as I was forced to depart from his presence, have resided within my soul ever since. Without him, the road laid ‘fore me resembled only the damned expanse of Tartarus. However, I hold comfort in the words he bestowed upon me-self. A soft response to a cracked goodbye … “You too”.
Wherefore am I, a mere mortal being, worthy of the presence of such a pillar of the modern world.

Perfect except one driver
Kevin is as always rude and reckless. Please do not match us or f… him please, you deserve 5 stars but him :(
Public Transit System + Uber System, but the worst of both worlds
The marketing for the Shuttle is great, they make it seem like a reliable mode of transportation for people going to and from campus.
HOWEVER, there are only ever 3 options of pick up times, if any, sometimes these times will be 10 mins, and sometimes they will be 40 mins. Often there are no shuttles available, especially during the times I need to get to class or need to catch a train.
The call feature does not work, the people never pick up these calls.
I also booked a ride at 2:45 AM once, since the shuttle closes at 3 AM. I was called and told that they shut down the shuttles at 2:30 AM and to keep that in mind for the next time I book late shuttles. I was under the assumption they would still pick me up, so I waited for a shuttle to arrive. To my surprise, it was canceled on the app with the car being shown that it was right around the corner from where I was waiting. I had to walk to where I needed to go at 3 AM by myself.
Ride pick up times are never accurate, sometimes the shuttle will just be sitting in a parking lot for a while doing nothing.
You can only go to certain spots on the map, including the terminal, light rail, 4 spots on campus, the hospital, and a place called shipyard. Yet there seems to never be any available shuttles when I need to go somewhere to these limited spots.
Overall the system is quite frustrating but I am forced to use it since my tuition pays for this and I would rather not have to pay for public transit.

Always Unreliable
When you book a ride, it gives a time that the shuttle will come to pick you up. IT IS NEVER ACCURATE. I have had to wait 15 minutes past the indicated time that it says the shuttle will arrive. It’s horrible.
Not receiving texts
I do not receive a text when I press forgot password. I have not been able to login for a week now. I called the support and still nothing…

Password reset texts never arrive
When you click reset password and enter your number, the text never arrived. Several people are having this issue. Please fix. The support link listed on your app page also doesn’t work
Glitches and missed texts.
App is great overall, but the top and bottom boxes glitch out when the shuttle moves on the map to update its location. Also, I’m not getting SMS updates anymore.
