App is not reliable
App hasn’t been working and make it an option to choose no bag
Add the ability to deselect the carry out bag!
A paper bag is added to the order whether you need it or not. Please add the ability to de-select the default bag. Particularly since many of us recycle and reuse a bag we already own. Also, in BC (or at least the greater Vancouver/Fraser valley area), there is a mandatory charge of .25 per bag which is added to the order.

This don’t even work
The app is frozen on the loading screen bro fix ts
App Never Opens
9/10 times I go to open the app it gets stuck on the splash screen. Just a frozen logo. Force closing doesn’t help, reinstalling the app doesn’t help. When you rotate the screen you can see the app behind the splash screen but can’t interact with anything. Please fix.

The app is NOT good. Not sure why but it just wasn’t loading. I reset my phone, I uninstalled the app, and it just wouldn’t open.

App Does Not Work most of the Time
App always glitches for me, can almost never use it to order.
Can’t log in, all input fields greyed out
All the log input fields are greyed out, I can’t enter text to log in. I waited a couple months, maybe they need to fix the app due to a recent update, but there’s been no change.

Can’t make payment
I ordered everything I wanted and when it came time to pay, I got an “Oops, invalid redeemables Ref #tm-err-51360277” message. What does that mean?! No button to reach technical support. I wanted to chow down but instead I got let down.
Terrible
The UI looks nice nut everything else doesn't. App hangs and crashes as well as no way to apply promos. Not compatible with Apple Pay either.

they seemed to have fixed all the issues that are in the other reviews. spent 3 minutes trying to replicate the complaints and couldn’t find any problems.

I wish they didn’t have online purchase can pay in the store since I have to do pick up
Time waste
I filled out and order and can’t checkout. I clicked over and over and nothing happened. I’ve wasted my time.
Food is 4 star app is one star
Latest version of app broke the special instructions when ordering food. You can’t enter individual instructions for each item. You can enter instructions for the entire order but space is too limited to cover all instructions. I’m damn picky and if I don’t get it how I like it, I’ll go somewhere else. Fix your App.

App is a joke
So much hassle …. The GUI is friendly enough but everything else is terrible .. constant crashes and if you swipe off of the app for a second it clears everything in your check out… not a very thought through app and needs a lot more work. It’s honestly easier to order in person or via phoning them. Which is you know the whole point of the app.

Registered in the app using my email. Immediately received miscellaneous spam and phishing emails from the web, and it doesn’t stop.
