The app never works
Always getting incore t user name and password. Never works.. completely sucks. I even stopped going to stew Leonard’s and shop some else now.

Don’t shop as much at Stews .Have an old phone and can’t get the app. I was told at their store to buy a more updated phone .Wow what nerve!
Unfair points drop
I’ve always admired the rock at your front door: 'The Customer is Always Right.' As a regular shopper spending hundreds of dollars here, the new 6-month points expiration feels like it goes against that spirit. We earn these rewards with our loyalty, and they should be ours to keep until we choose to use them. In the spirit of Rule #1, please reconsider this policy and continue to honor your customers by letting our points stay put.

I found the same thing with my already existing app. Unlike the above costumer if they do not find a way to redeem points will have to consider not shopping here despite being a loyal customer for years!
I love Stew Leonard's
I love coming to this store ! We go to the one in Newington CT. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable! The food is amazing ❤️The animatronics makes the store have fun vibe. Plus they always give out free samples ! The phone app I love . It's very easy to use

Always booted and won’t let me reset my pw
Needs some logical updates
Few things that would help:
1.Phone number verification
2.Email verification
3.Sign in using phone number (sends a code)
4. “Press yes to confirm redemption”
5. Allow for points to be returned during app error
6. Coupons should work if I add them at checkout.
7. Password reset should last longer then a day
8. Why am I allowed to use a few coupons some time but only one for other times
9. Might be a good idea to create a physical card for those who don’t have a smartphone
Once you start addressing some of those issues, you’ll start seeing more positive customers.

Can’t even make an account
Tried for over a week to make an account and it keeps saying to try back again later and never works. Went into the store and they didn’t have any ability to make an account for me. Manager even said I’m not the first person to tell him this.
Love Stews
I have been using the app since it came and have never had an issue with it. I love that it’s now a cumulative total for free ice cream. And my son gets excited when I randomly say let’s go get ice cream from Stews!
Update This!!
I can’t the open the app, because my phone won’t take the update necessary. I guess I’ll get a new phone so I can shop at Stew Leonard’s. Thanks for nothing. Can you say Uncle Giuseppe’s?
Does not work
I cannot log in. Tried everything. Deleted the app, changed the password. Contacted support. No resolution. So frustrating!

Every time I click onto the icon, I have to update the app. I don’t think that’s right.

This app is always needing updates. Annoying that you have to sign in due to being booted out.
App is terrible
The app booted me off and won’t let me log back into it anymore no matter what I do and they won’t allow you to get the free ice cream without the app. Total joke!
Horrible experience
When app last updated on March 4/5 2025 all of my points disappeared. Continued purchases have not accumulated points. Had almost 3,000 points. Have spoken with Stews several times at service desk and Farmingdale store manager. No call backs, no resolution, no points replaced!
App doesn’t work
my apps stopped working. I sent an email to corporate head they sent me for the link and I get the same stupid message. Try again in a few minutes this has been I went to the store I I emailed the Tech-Support all negative results so now I have 500 points I can’t use them. I can’t get any free ice cream useless garbage. I can’t believe a company’s biggest can’t resolve this
