El modo conversación deja de funcionar
No se puede terminar una conversación, y la mayoría de veces no se guardan los chats. Fuera de gran ayuda si se guardaran para practicar los errores de las conversaciones anteriores.
Me gustaría que no se trabara el modo conversación ya que es lo que más me ayuda a aprender un idioma, hablarlo
Pero siempre se traba y de la nada ya no se mandan los mensajes y se borran las conversaciones
El resto de actividades es demasiado trivial, no funciona para realmente aprender un idioma,
el modo conversación es lo único que podría salvar esa app pero ni eso

Bad customer support
I changed my phone a few days back, surprisingly now i have lost my stimular subscription, i tried contacting the support team through the WhatsApp number they provided, guess what they aren’t even available on WhatsApp. I lost my money. Please avoid this app.

I expected a more challenging app, but if you’re barely learning English it’s a really good tool
Me personally I’m advanced in English so I purchased the yearly sub because a teacher on TikTok recommended it, I honestly thought it was going to be more challenging, my goal is to widen my vocabulary and sound more professional than any average American Corporate person, the AI is not really intelligent it’s pretty basic, but it’s a great tool if you’re in the process of learning the language

UI stuck in Reading Exercise
I just started using it but get stuck inside Reading exercise section and it’s not even moving, tried two to three times but still nothing is working. Can’t say anything until I try.

Feeling irritated, using paid version still there are lots of bug. Feeling disappointed for buying this app. Tried to contact them through WhatsApp as it is available in the profile page, but it’s fake, if I click on the WhatsApp icon it’s asking to send invite. Big time scam.
