Messages won't load
Ever since the last update messages don't load at all.
When I sign into the website I can only see archived messages and can't see the active ones.
Is this a tactic to get people to pay? Cuz no thanks

Most matches are three states away, and in a completely different country. Wtf.

SCAM
This app does not vet scam/bot accounts. Also, when I tried to manage my subscription to stop autopay, I was taken through a labyrinthine process that ended in a request to change my password. From there, I would either be taken back to the beginning of the process or the app would simply quit, thereby starting the whole vicious cycle over again. Not even sure if I accomplished the task of turning autopay off, so I just removed PayPal as the payment source to draw from.
I don’t normally write reviews (this may be my second ever, the first a four-star for something completely unrelated), but for the tech geeks that intentionally set up the controls for a customer to manage their subscription and delete the account, I simply say go eat a dick.

Terrible Customer Service
Account created, profile partially filled out. Logged out, then tried to log back in to finish profile only to be blocked from logging in. Contacted customer service only to be told I was banned for violating terms of service. ???
Didn’t have the opportunity to actually use the service. Customer service communication is vague and impersonal
