Hasn’t been updated in years and it shows. Can’t remind you when it’s supposed to and sends you notifications at night when you’re sleeping! Hard pass - uninstall.

This app is so simple and easy to use. It tells me when I’ve been sitting too long so I know to get up and walk around for a few minutes. No step counters or wearables needed! Very happy with this app and I’ve already lost 8 pounds 😄💪🏻👍🏻
