Excellent app, process and service!
I used to have to send a message to my share broker to ask them to process these, had to wait for a reply and was never sure if they had processed it or not. Now I just submit my claim via the app for my P&O and Princess onboard cruise credit and my claim gets validated within a few days and I can check in the app to ensure it has been done. Simple and effective.

Took a couple of tries, but worked as advertised!
I only tried this on my laptop. It worked well. I used the app to obtain onboard credit for my upcoming cruise.

This is by far the worst app I have ever had. The AI only customer service is terrible!! The app is terrible.
Sucks and princess knows it
“Verify your email” using the link they sent to your email but gives you an error message. Entering the web address didn’t work either. Princess live employee just replied with you have to use that website now. Where does princess come up with all these loser sites? Medallion sucked, and now this.
Stock broker name different
Has “R” instead of Robert on broker account. StockPerks/Carnival will not accept this! Also cannot determine how to update brokerage documents.
