Stock broker name different
Has “R” instead of Robert on broker account. StockPerks/Carnival will not accept this! Also cannot determine how to update brokerage documents.

Worked fine when I first had , now Shen trying to log on the final step is to add my name . The screen just freezes and you cdd as n do nothing but close the app down. Deleted and reinstalled several times . Now I can’t access my on board cruise credit

They take a long time to approve applications, and when they did, despite uploading my statements and all the correct information, they didn't approve my onboard credit with Carnival.

Not really an app
This is really just a comms tool. Unless you’re really lucky it’s just a means of messaging a human to carry out actions - if they mess up, good luck! Very little in the way of smart integration and the helpdesk is, as is pretty usual these days, abysmal. If I could avoid using it I absolutely would but it’s the only method for getting my shareholder perks. Thinking about actually selling those shares as it’s just such a hassle using this ‘tool’ to apply for them

Seit einer Woche warte ich auf eine Bestätigung meines Guthabens. Eine miserable Benutzeroberfläche die in einer Sackgasse endet. So wie es aussieht, wird mir kein Bordguthaben gutgeschrieben. Eine zweite Anfrage ist ebenfalls nicht möglich, weil der Antrag ja schon läuft.

Not worth using
Have tried this App to redeem stock perk for Cruise multiple times. Have contacted thru the app customer service. The app says I do not have the required number of shares. Customer service says I do. They say problem with Plaid. Apparently Plaid either doesn’t work or is faulty. Giving access to brokerage accounts and then the app not working, or potentially secure is problematic. Think twice about receiving stock perks thru this app.
