Long delay on Balance Transfers
I initiated a balance transfer after getting approved for the card and setting up my account. It’s now been 15 days and the balance still has not transferred on to my new credit card. Today I initiated two additional transfers to see if they went through, and they appear to both be stuck in the same “processing” state my original transfer is in.
I got this card because of the 0% intrest for balance transfers promotion, so the fact that they don’t seem to be working is disappointing to say the least. I am hoping this resolves itself before the promotion period ends otherwise getting this card would have been a complete waste of time, and will have done more harm than good to my situation.

Barclays Security
Too many holds for credit card authentication of charges. Too many instances of fraudulent charges necessitating replacement cards with attendant inconvenience for auto pay merchants.
Poor communication
Received a bill before I received a credit card. It seems that a card should be sent to a customer before a bill is received.

Was “invited” to apply for JetBlue Barclays card. Took advantage of the points for flights. App extremely easy to use, all features are easily found, efficient design. Very happy with the card features also!
