The synchrony bank app is clearly laid out, easy to navigate and quite efficient.

Great App Log In difficulty
This was a great app up until the last update, it auto logged me off the app and logged me out of my Sam’s account, I had to do password reset on both sides of the table and re enable Face ID. Other than that it’s working good.
App updated no good
App updated and signed me out off all accounts. Took about 40 minutes to track down lol login info. How inconvenient
App won’t load
I tried to load the app on my iPad and received a message that there is a new version and to update the app. I followed the link to the App Store and there was no update button. I deleted the app and downloaded what should be the most current version but still get the message there is a more current version. All of my apps are updated and there is no update showing for MySynchrony. Please get this fixed so I can again use the app.
