Can you please finally add a current balance after each transaction to show the total amount after each transaction that would make it easier to track the balance
Be careful with credit promotions
I made one qualifying purchase for the promotional 0% financing, but Amazon split my order into separate charges as the items shipped. Because of that, the promotion wasn’t applied, even though the original order met the required amount. I’ve been sent back and forth between Amazon and the credit card company, with neither taking responsibility. Customers shouldn’t lose a financing promotion because of Amazon’s internal billing process. Please honor the promotion based on the original order.

Don’t use credit services.
They love deleting my reviews. They love it sexual exploitation. I literally can’t access my account. I’m completely locked out. I can’t even access the account for charges. They will change the interest and any second. They’re literally forcing bad interest on me. They win. They get money.
Account activated without knowledge, never received card nor notifications of payments due
Amazon and this card/bank absolutely killed me. I applied for a card to earn 5% back on Amazon purchases however, I never received my card. I had zero knowledge that my account was active, apparently they begin charging your Amazon membership upon approval. I am in the military and come home from working out of the area to passed due bills that have gone to collection while being out of the area working, never once received an email notification, never once received an Amazon notification, never once received the credit card. The $15.00 monthly prime membership initially charged ended up being $150.00, more importantly killed my credit without my knowledge of it ever being activated nor receiving a card to then activate as you typically do. Because of this I never was afforded the opportunity to open an online account to even access payment information had I known the account was active. Thank you Amazon and SYNCHRONY BANK, you really screwed me and my credit and turned a simple $15.00 charge into over $150.00.

I opened my Amazon store card app and it was a payment available on May first, I paid , now it’s another payment due for the same month, I reached out but the representative didn’t want to help me! Card is destroyed and won’t use it anymore. The app is very slow and full of glitches.
