It take forever to transfer money from one account to another. It doesn’t allow debit card transfers.

Too complicated, needed two phones. Could not complete with one. Very very bad feature, have to take my business elsewhere!!!!
Terrible Service
The whole point of having an online bank is getting things done electronically, doing a wire with this bank is a nightmare experience…. Multiple calls, My wire was delayed by them an extra day due to their negligence, when asked for proof that my wire went out i was told to wait 7-10 days for snail mail….nobody could email me. I was passed around and went nowhere… there are other banks that will not delay and money hostage and give me documentation when asked….

Review of savings app.
I find the user app to be very user friendly as it is very easy to navigate. If I could make a suggestion, I would talk with your float folks to find ways to improve your float on check deposits and especially external cash transfers from other banks. I find your float tends to be quite long, by comparison. I like that you do not charge for external transfers, however.
