Double login

This app recently updated and changed to logging in through synchrony. Not only is it slower you have to login twice. First Face ID login when first opening the app to display the account basics. Then if you click on view transactions, now your having to Face ID login a Second time for that part of the app. You should only need to login once at the very beginning like every other bank app.

App Needs Work

The Credit card and rewards are great. If Verizon fixes the app so I do not have to log in 2 times to see my account I would give it 5 stars… This should be an easy fix.

Unable to login

It's a scam don't fall for it. On trustpilot the rating of this card is less the 2 ... I don't know why here it says 4.5 plus here

The Worst

Very probably the WORST application available on the App Store! This app has zero useful features, because IT HAS NEVER WORKED! Every login attempt requires resetting of my password, and even then it won’t recognize the SAME email I have used to login every previous time! This app is trash!!!!!!!!!

New Changes Need Work

I have used the app and card for several years now and have been mostly happy. However, Synchrony recently made some changes to the login procedure to synchronize with their other apps and services, and it has made the app experience worse.

Initial login to the app now takes a noticeably longer time as it goes through Synchrony's procedure, and tapping on my card to view activity then prompts a SECOND login again through Synchrony.

These issues should have been caught in testing and not released to production. A user shouldn't have to login twice to use the app for one of its primary purposes.
