Poor payment policy
I paid off my account monthly as I always do. I only had this card for 2 months. I paid off the card and it immediately took the money out of bank account. A week later I tried charging and was denied. Called them and they say it takes 5 to 7 business days to accept the payment even though they already took it from my account. Not a good policy in today’s technology and especially if you travel internationally like I do. I closed my account immediately as I don’t trust them.

Shell imprint Scam
Do not use or keep this Shell card
It was sent to me to replace my shell card of many years . Used it once for a 35 dollar gas purchase. It would not give me my rewards. I called to complain but they stopped giving gas rewards so I cancelled it , tried to pay balance but the person was unable to
. Payed later over phone but person got something wrong. Received a bill finally with a 40.00 late fee. They would not remove late fee. The interest rate was 41%. Still speaking with them 6 weeks now and no one can help me. Very little English speaking. Cancel this card. Don’t use IMPRINT

Cannot log in
Tried for months to log in. Cannot do it. Why amm ai charged interest when I use autopay to pay on due date?!??
Face ID sign-in option still doesn’t work!
Despite being toggled on, you can’t use Face ID with this app. Have to log in with phone number and pin. Tried reaching out to support in the app but was forced to a useless bot and instructions to call in. No thanks. Just fix the app please. This has been an issue for MONTHS.
