Does not give option to give extra payment

I have to cancel my autopay in order to pay an extra payment to principal balance. This is not a friendly app!

HEB

The app is very user-friendly

Useless

This app never works it is always having issues. Fix it once and for all please.

APP NEEDS FIXING!!!!

The app literally has been having pop ups saying that the app is having issues, it’s been 2 months!!!!!!! FIX THE APP ALREADY!!!!!!! You can’t do anything or make any payments on it because of the “system issue”.

Added card requested 2 weeks ago, NOT RECEIVED !!’

Poor response Imprint -

fine app back downgrade

My Shell Credit Card was moved to Imprint and it's been a huge downgrade. The Imprint app looks nice enough. Security of only a phone number and 4 digit PIN seems questionable. Imprint is trying to the be a cool, mobile-first fintech. They do NOT support any 3rd party aggregators, so no Plaid and no Quicken, which we relied on for our Shell cards from Citibank. Export options are also limited to a poorly formatted CSV. The app is fine and is required to manage the account, but I would personally avoid signing up for any card that uses Imprint instead of a real bank.

What a joke

This company and this app is a joke! I have never been late making a payment on my shell card but now that imprint is handling my account instead of Citi I can’t make a payment, I’ve been on hold for almost an hour just to make a payment over the phone. I refuse to give my bank username and password in order to make payments through this stupid app. A requirement that’s not even legal to request not to mention prohibited by my credit unions terms.

THIS APP AND COMPANY SUCK

Imprint is worthless

Would give negative 100 if possible.
You get a chat bot or virtual assistant who cannot understand or answer questions.
My card has been “in shipping“ for several weeks. The answer I received is I can request a new card or activate my current card which I do not have yet because still being shipped somewhere in the nether!!

Terrible customer service

AI chats can’t help with nuanced issues and make it impossible to speak to a person. Once I finally got on hold I waited for almost an hour with no answer or update.

perfectly fine app

The app itself is fine. It looks nice. My complaint is Imprint itself. My card was switched to them, and I lost the ability to connect via Plaid and Quicken. They don’t want people accessing their cards without their app or website apparently, which is extremely inconvenient and a big downgrade from what I had previously.

Sorry company

I have already canceled my account. I tried for 3 weeks to talk about my problems with my account.Ai said over and over she could help. So after 3 weeks of trying I finally ai to allow me to cancel and immediately cut my new shell card to little pieces!!

Literally the worst app/website/company ever

The app doesn’t work at all, the website is screwy, and customer service doesn’t exist. Can’t wait to be sent to collection because the website and app refuse to let me pay!

Shell credit card

New financial company took over. Sent my mom a new credit card through them. This organization is one of the worst I’ve ever came across. My sister myself and my mom have spent hours.. I mean hours trying to activate this card to no end. My sister spent over an hour on the phone alone waiting for an agent. Which never answered. Ended up hanging up. I spent over two hours trying to get a validation code. I don’t know whatever else there is to do. I’ve tried calling them. I’ve tried starting a new app. I’ve tried everything it does not work. Needless to say she’s gonna have to let her Credit Card go to waste. It. It would’ve been helpful if they had actual agents that were there to help. I email him they sent me. Every time I email them they sent me to the exact same link to do the exact same thing. This company sucks. And they have the nerve to send her a delinquent balance on her credit card, which is going to go into collections. How in the heck is she supposed to pay something if she can’t get a Bill or activate her card? Answer that how is she gonna have a collection if they have not even sent her a final bill?

HEB cc app is not very functional

The HEB Imprint app doesn’t let me change my email (code page doesn’t being up the keyboard), the app and notifications don’t include pertinent information (like the balance and due date), it’s pretty poorly designed or functioning for such a large corporation.

Review

Awful to work with , representative was under qualified! Web site is difficult to navigate, not able to answer questions or provide support. Seriously considering switching to another company!

Interest rates

Why are the interest rate soooo high????

Security

This app is way to easy to log in

Use of card

Card works well & rewards make it worth while.

Waste of time

As I am new to Imprint, this has been nothing but a waste of time and an unnecessary headache. For whatever reason, my account cannot be found based on my credentials. It’s useless. And calling in is pointless. The automated system doesn’t recognize the number from which one is using.
