Longtime member but loan application flow is impossible

Tried to initiate a Heloc application from the app. This redirects to browser. After login on browser I select heloc. Which brings to another screen requiring login. No session cache. This login fails because my verified email apparently doesn’t match a member. Tried on multiple browsers chrome/safari. Mobile and desktop. Now I remember why I didn’t go through with my mortgage application here. Note to devs: Perform some basic testing on your applications.
