Security shouldn’t come at the expense of usability
Every time you change devices, using ATH Móvil becomes an ordeal. The amount of verification required is excessive, and even after following every step, there’s no guarantee you’ll regain access to your account.
The app is meant to make sending and receiving money easier, not create unnecessary obstacles for legitimate users. Please simplify the account recovery and device change process. Right now, it’s one of the most frustrating banking apps I’ve ever used.

App has a bug I believe
App been fine until it’s not making me send or receive money. Please fix it
Full of Errors
Last month, worked fine, nothing to write home about, 5 stars. Now? I cannot send money—there is always an error “Something went wrong! Try again later.” I kept trying again later. All of July I have 0 transaction history because I cannot send anything, terrible. Additionally, I cannot remove and re-attach the card I use because it is the only card on the account.

Problemática
Cuando mas la necesitas, se tranca y te pide ingresar un código de verificación que nunca llega por texto. Tampoco provee alguna otra forma para ello, como enviarlo al email o llamada automatizada.
