Logging in the app is a pain. Will not accept your password and will ask to change the password but then won’t even accept your new password.

This is one of the most frustrating banking experiences anyone can ever receive. The app is always in maintenance at the worst possible times! Inconvenient so say the least.

Con el nuevo update no puedes elegir de que cuenta vas a pagar, simplemente te lo debita de la cuenta que tengas como principal. Eso se TIENE que corregir pq si uno no se da cuenta y tiene un dinero separado en esa cuenta para pagar otra cosa, te quedas sin fondos ya que el pago lo hace rápido y sin preguntar de que cuenta deseas pagar.

BAD Customer Service
I love this app, but the lady who answered me was unprofessional for the way she handled communication. While her explanations were vague I had to ask her the next steps and she got mad because I didn’t ‘understood’. Her attitude said a lot about your priorities as a company.
