Always a login issue with this app. It signed me out now I can’t log back in. It texts me the code for authentication then says authentication failed when I put the code in. Smh

Website homepage disappointment
I do Not like your new website homepage, I feel like you went backwards giving it a downgraded appearance.
Check deposit
Mobile check deposit is unwieldy. There is no option to retake photos or start over. I’m forced to “skip” out of the process by hitting another icon at the bottom of the screen. This forces starting over the entire process instead of correcting a picture. Not user friendly.

App needs to be revamped immediately! Compared to other banking apps, this one is a pain to get through! Constant maintenance, UI is sluggish, just use something else

Virtually worthless overseas
All these high ratings for this app must have been from people who’ve never been deployed and tried to use it overseas. It’s been an absolute nightmare for years to even log in properly from Europe, and now since they changed the FICO score to Experian from Equifax, I can’t even get my free score the past two years. Unbelievable from a supposed military credit union. Two stars is generous.
