I used to think it was a great credit card, I could make a deposit, and the cash was readily available within minutes, and then they started getting the longer and longer between when the deposit was made, and the funds were available, most recently I hit one and a half weeks before my deposit was realized meanwhile, the funds have been taken out of my bank account immediately, so now they’re playing the game where they can sit on my cash and collect interest on it without allowing me to have access to it. I reached out and complained and now I’m getting notifications that if I don’t like the penalties and consequences of dealing with this bank I can leave at any time. Not a nice company anymore

98% of the times I use this feature and go to hit submit button it tells me an error occurred and it cannot complete the deposit. It tells me to restart the app which I do but it still won’t work.

The app is very easy to use. You can easily find what you need and open accounts and transfer and zelle as you need. You can find statements and new products. I love banking with PenFed and even though there aren’t banks close to me, transferring from other banks and using ATM is easy. Also the Multiple Factor Authentication makes me feel safe, both on the app and on the phone.

I do not like the photo taken of the checks. You guys never can’t get them right then I can’t remove them when I’m trying to retake the picture.

I always have difficulty trying to add external accounts so that I can pay my credit card bill.
Check deposit failures
App often will not accept photos of check for electronic deposit. No matter how clear the photo and plenty of light with a dark background. FRUSTRATING!!!!
