I get a “your account is blocked” message every day. No one at
‘Hawaiian’ can remove it. It went up to supervisors… nothing Barclays website is useless and ancient. Poor poor customer service… Don’t get their cards

Cut limit
How are you going to cut someone credit limit just because of hardship and
the person is not behind on payments and pays on a weekly bases over &150 and only owes like $200

This card has my identity locked and not able to use the card but they approve everything else so I can make payment this card as a joke
Latest update not functional
Since the last update I can no longer access my account on the app.
Spent hours on phone with Barclays to no avail.
I can log onto my account online just fine, on a browser, but app is dead in the water.

Overly annoying
I had to go through hell to add my bank account to be able to use it to make payments on my account. Paying a bill should not be that hard.

I chose this headliner because it’s exactly what it is. Barclay has always been easy to work with, excellent service. Automatic credit limit increase rewarded on good credit payment history. 0% interest promotion opportunities making life a little bit easier when needed.

Not sure why my account closed. Do not use my card and I changed banks and it kicked me off Autopay never been late. Paid 2 months.

Verification of a transaction
I verified all of my information due to what they thought was a fraudulent transaction. You would think thanks for the security. I was asked questions that went deep into my credit report and it still wasn’t good enough. I have never had to send so much information by Fax….FAX!!!! When I mailed copies of my info it wasn’t good enough because whoever scanned in my info did not do a great job! Just be careful. There are limits to YOUR limits.

Bad experience
In order to create an account just to pay the bill they accepted my DOB and Social Security # but would not allow me to continue without confirming from a cell number I haven’t had for 15 years, as opposed to the one I used on the application that THEY approved. No worries an hour on the phone and 3 operators later they fixed the issue so I could pay the $40 bill. Avoid a Barclay card at all costs!!!
