No service via app
The service is not always available. It is currently down. It is missing an important feature to link to your airline rewards account or at minimum, to check the service number at the airline. After five calls to Barclays they have not been able to correct it. While the app is simple, developers need to fix the main issue of correcting links to airline rewards.

Did Not Receive Promotion!
Applied for card for promotion and benefits that was being promoted on a flight with Froniter. I applied for card and then never received it. Called several times to see if there was a digital card option so I could use the card and was told there was not one, 6-8 months later I finally get a card and login to my account and the promotion is expired. Called customer service several times again and was told it will be send to another department to be addressed/fixed and never heard back from anyone. It’s now been another 8 months the issue still has not been addressed.

Scam bank: Does not honor account closure requests! Continues billing to your account
Imagine paying off a $30 or $60 bill, closing the account and getting a call from collections 2 years later that you owe $300. There shouldn’t be any collections, there isn’t even an account!

Face ID
I have to setup Face ID everytime I try to login. It never saves and I have to put password in every-time. Quite annoying
Not working for ON card
This app used to work great. I could see pending transactions and while it wasn’t perfect, it was a great app to use. I don’t think I’ve been able to access it since February or March. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times. Sent emails and given “feedback” but nothing. We’re now nearly 5-6 months in and the mobile app don’t work. You have to go online (using your browser) to look at your account. Not sure if it is all Barclay accounts or those involving ON. UGH, fix the the app!!!

Rewards
App say I have the option to redeem points for a statement credit which is what I do with all of my card without a problem but when I try to it only shows me options for gift cards.
Bring me to 15 years ago
15 year-old UI design, every click will take 1 min to load, very hard to find the right features you need. Worst bank app I have ever used.
Easy
Easy to use and very convenient wasn’t sure if I would like it, but because of the ease and convenience I find that I do and would recommend this to anyone.
Poor app
Unable to upload documents requested…have to fax or mail. Unable to start a chat through the app. Unable to send secure emails through the app

I have scheduled payment monthly but consistently say I’m late interest rates to high would never recommend
