Signs out too often.
The app itself is fine however, it’s incredibly frustrating when you’ve left your home and are now on the store only to find that you have been signed out of the app. The facial recognition only works if you’re signed in. Therefore, good luck if you can’t remember your sign in details.

It’s Good When It Works
I try to utilize the shopping list feature and it doesn’t like to let you scroll down. It hops back up to the top making it very difficult to see all the items in your list when you have many added. When I say many I mean it even has issues with less than 20 items in the list. I like the ability to digitally add coupons. I just wish I could do it all from the app and not have to also check-in at the store.

App no long shows weekly Non personalized Go Point promos
App and weekly ad are horrible as far as the weekly non personalized go point promos. I want to be able to plan ahead before I shop. Why are they not ALL listed somewhere. I am referring to the Spend $15 on such and such and get 500 points weekly promos. Once in a while one may be in the circular, one may be on the app home page. But others can only be found by wandering up and down every darned aisle looking for signage. I don’t have that kind of time. It smacks of sneakiness and reluctance to actually give the customer these bonus points. The weekly promos should be all in one place on the app and website. We should not have to go on a scavenger hunt to find them. It is outrageous and offensive.

Out of your mind
You want me to enable Face ID for your grocery store app? You’ve lost your mind. Why would your customers need or benefit from that level of security just shopping for groceries?? Ridiculous.
User friendly
This app took a little while to get used to, however; once I figured it out it made my shopping experience more efficient. My one note would be to add an option to add all coupons as oppose to going through them individually.
Glitching Shopping List
Shopping list is consistently glitching, at least when using my iPhone. Select an item to add to cart and the screen glitches to a different section of the list , sometimes multiple times, making you have to find where you left off again. Very Frustrating!
Website is easy
The website has the info I’m looking for especially ingredients and prices also sales. Too bad the store really sucks.

I like the hospitality and Organization of all items which is clean well Organized; as a neighbor I am every day shopping at Stop and Shop for the 20+ years .

Doesn’t load my store when I try and select it. It’s extremely frustrating.
Digital coupon list
1. We need a button to remove items when we change our mind and decide not to buy something.
2. The app should NOT add items to my list of chosen digital coupons. Today I chose 5 items but there were 24 on my list to print! Not good!

Store location
The app has my store set 100s of miles from me and it won’t let me change it no matter how many times I try and reset it

It works perfectly on my iPhone but not on my iPad. Whenever I search it says error. Recently had an update and thought that would fix it but nope

The people are friendly and knowledgeable , like we’re to FIND STUFF .

Impossible to sign in if you’re a longtime shopper who just started using the app
