The App is great but oftentimes the clip coupon items, specifically Poland Springs water is hard to find or not available to clip. Otherwise the app is very helpful and money saving as well.

Not worth it. Orders are thrown together by local store employees who don’t care about the items you get. Almost always get incomplete orders, and then it’s delivered by some random person from a delivery app.

I am in the same boat, I can’t access my Go Points now because of the update. I am not in the market right now to get a new phone, but would like the savings. I’ve tried to go to customer service, but they are no help. They say get a new phone! How do you receive your rewards! So aggrivating!! Please help Thank you! I have been a loyal customer and spent so much money in this store.

Website hasn’t been able to display the weekly ad for two months now

I have an older phone and can’t update to this app! Very annoying! Bad idea! Not everyone has the latest phone an S&S isn’t the only company doing this!
You just lost a customer
The app upgrade won’t work because I have an older phone. Like many others I’m not buying a new phone because of this. You just gave Shop Rite a nice boost in sales.

Received an email to checkout this week’s sale and the links are broken. Received an error message and then a prompt that said try again later :(

Shopping List
Easier access to the shopping list from any screen in the app. Add Qty option for items in shopping list. Allow sort option selected in shopping list to stick between app sessions. Have a look at Publix app for a well designed app.
dangerously broken
The only help you can reach is waiting on a call center in Boston, they have a clanker operating the chat and it is simply a bad portal to normally great customer service from the Stop & Shop brand
New App
I always have used my IPad to look at the weekly Stop n Shop ad. I can’t get the updated version unless I get a new iPad (it’s an older version but I’m buying a new one just to get this ad) Very disappointed. I have no problem with Shaws!

Weekly Flyer Sales are great except difficult to clip. Make it easier. Used to be simpler… use your card and all items were automatic. I like shopping at Stop N Shop. Unable to USE your App? Are you updating to lose customers… can’t update with older phone so I guess I will probably shop somewhere else. Go Rewards $ are they still available? Go BACK To the system that works! New APP =new phone???
