Clarity
I’m used to having to spend a lot of time thinking and get stuck in the cycle. When I use the app it does a huge part of the reframing for me which gets me back to my best self quicker. Great for stress, anxiety, and even capturing joy. Put happy thoughts in here too lol
Good but way too expensive
If needed often the app can become more expensive than a therapist... A monthly or yearly subscription would be better than "credits".
Very Helpful
I struggle with obsessive anxious thinking. So far, this app has really helped me with managing my thoughts. It uses a technique that my therapist has worked with me on but sometimes when I’m overwhelmed with thoughts it’s just hard to do it on my own. I think the pricing is really reasonable and the platform is aesthetically pleasing. I like being able to go back and review previous thoughts. Thanks for making this.

Pricing model is atrocious at $0.33 per use. Would do a subscription but it’s just a GPT wrapper so nothing crazy.
