Bus tracking
This is a great app; however, it would be better if parents/students were able to actually track the bus as it was moving. This feature does exist; parents were mistakenly given access to view location of the bus in real time, but they took that feature away for unknown reasons. (It was a yellow school bus that popped up on the maps and you could track the bus moving)
Some of us parents have young children we sometimes have to leave home alone to get on the bus as we head off to work. Being able to track allows both parents and child to see exactly where the bus is. This access will ensure a young child isn’t left standing at the stop alone for too long, as they could watch the bus and determine the best time to leave the house. This also gives parents much comfort and peace of mind. Please allow parents to track bus.

Stop Finder
Last year was our first time using the app in our district. It’s a wonderful tool to be able to track the bus and set alarms for warnings when it’s close to your stop. My only complaint, it would go offline from time to time. I really hope we see less of that this school year.
Troubleshooting
We used this app previous school years. This year the app is still showing “No Schedule”. Something needs to be done since the school bus company doesn’t know what else to do. We’ve deleted the app andand redownloaded several times. It’s frustrating that nobody can fix it.
Bus ride on late
Elementary school buses are usually offline—they don't work.
Notifying
Love, the fact that the app notified me when the bus was at the stop and had departed this stop disappointed that I did not receive my five minute warning that the bus was arriving. Also did not receive notification that the bus arrived at the school.

Best app for us parents who may not know what’s going on with the bus schedule easy reliable transportation for kids and parents
Bus tags being scanned.
I would if my child will be able to scan the tag when entering and exiting the bus everyday. Last year bus driver did not make the children do it. So I never knew if my child got on the bus from school.
