Inconsistent
Trash, terrible updating, more than not vehicles canโt be located. Zero peace of mind. Works decent when it wants to but more than not, not so much.

My children are often marked as riding the bus, when they did not. I donโt know how that can happen.

Location Unavailable
I like the app when it works. More often than not my childโs bus is marked as โBus location unavailableโ. Otherwise it is a really helpful app.
Good but room for improvement
For one, there should be a way to clear piled up notifications
Vehicle location unavailable
The app shows my bus' location for one minute when I check on it, and then when I go back to the app it says the location is unavailable, and keeps searching for location whenever I turn off my internet and it says its unavailable after 5 minutes and I almost miss my bus? Fix your app.

Stop finder is so good because it lets us see where our student bus is at. It is also very smart
Glitching
A lot of time the system glitches and shows the bus at one place n suddenly it zooms ahead to where it really is. It also just tells you sometimes itโs unavailable

Its not showing the location of my bus and it's been like this for weeks and whatever I do I can't get it to show and almost miss the bus because of it.

The timings are way off, it says delayed by 20 mins and in the next min will arrive by 5 mins. ETA can be improved

When the app is being used as intended, it is great. Unfortunately, for whatever reason in my personal experience, the bus is almost always NOT indicated in the app/map. Especially in the mornings.
In such situations, where the bus is invisible on the app, it renders the app effectively useless. For whatever reason, I also do not have the option to communicate any information from my side to transportation.
I have found in my own experience, that the days when I most would like the benefits of using the app most are when something is going wrong. Like the bus is late. Those times are often most likely times that the app isnโt working properly. I think I saw.
