This app is an invaluable adjunct to the program that I purchase for every long haul trip I take. I’ve bought them for years and it has allowed me to function next day going from LA to Sydney Australia and from LA to Kiev Ukraine (among many other journeys) The app adds the extra convenience of having it all right on hand and alerting me when it’s time to eat, what kind of meal to eat and when to go to sleep while in the plane- along with numerous other useful tips. Can’t recommend StopJetLag.com enough. And this App is a fantastic addition to the program

Good luck trying to find out how much money they want from you. After wading through multiple screens and rabbit holes that remind me of late 90s web design, I give up. The FAQ should include an answer to an obvious question.

Doesn't actually do anything
Provides some general advice in text regarding jet lag. If you want specific advice for a trip you need to pay $35 per trip. Outrageous!
Bait and switch
App is worthless as it requires you to order a paid "jet lag plan". Doesn't do much without it.

The app does not actually function as promised. You only get one sample itinerary to Scotland and cannot actually enter your own trip info. It costs $35.00 for a customized itinerary! BS! This is why I got the app, so it would calculate this for me. Don't use.
