Lifetime do not work

I paid lifetime but it do not change my plan and the company do not solve

Stopped Working Completely

I have a lifetime subscription to this app and sadly it completely stopped working recently. I emailed support multiple times and they have stopped replying to me with a possible solution. It's very sad because I really liked this app when it was working but I don't know what else to do. I have updated all my devices and deleted and re-installed the app multiple times with no luck.

Billed for a year when offered a 2-week trial!

I decided to go for a two-week trial. It specifically mentioned no charge would be incurred for two weeks. The minute I clicked on submit my account was charged. I reached out to customer support, but I’m still waiting to hear back. Definitely does not seem right to me. Please make this right!

Please bring back old Mainshot

Mainshot with A.I podcast style seems so off and unnatural unlike how it was, been a user for years but I will not come back until StoryShots gets enough backlash for that, please bring it back, at least an option to keep the old ACTUAL summary rather than two bots interrupting each other inhumanly, half a star for the bad idea

Nicht besonders benutzerfreundlich

Ich habe ein Probeabo mit anschließender Verlängerung auf Premium Abo abgeschlossen. Leider kann ich nicht auf deutsche Bücher zugreifen. Wenn ich versuche Kontakt aufzunehmen, soll ich irgendwelche Daten eingeben und ich hab keine Ahnung was man von mir will. Ganz ehrlich als User möchte ich einfache, klare Angaben haben, wenn das nicht funktioniert habe ich keine Lust mehr und such mir eine andere App. Ich habe das Abo und damit die Verlängerung umgehend wieder gekündigt.

I actually really reccomend this to anyone, sooo many books and you can listen to the full audio or just a quick 20 min podcast if your short on time - very good way to absorb information fast

The trial charged me

The trial charged me and they refused to make it right, blaming it on Apple.

Call it what you want. Your app charged me when it said trial.

This level of service will cost the company more than the price of refunding it.

Their response to my review is inaccurate. I contacted them numerous times after I was charged and they were never willing to help.
