Don't expect to find what you are looking for
When I know for a fact the store carries a product and it's not an item that sells out, why will it not even show up on the website. Do not expect to find what you are looking for unless you practically go through the whole stores list! Do they not want to sell to people that can't come in to the store? And don't even ask for delivery! It took the delivery driver all over town before they could even come to me or they wouldn't get paid. Call HyVee corporate and complain (they now own SVT).

Worst search engine ever!
I love being able to order online but it is virtually impossible to find what youāre looking for using the search function. Itās EXTREMELY frustrating. It returns items not even remotely relevant - like toothpaste when youāre looking for dog food. I mean, I need toothpaste sometimes but not when Iām looking for dog foodā¦

App must have been a High school project.
This is one of the worst online buying apps I have ever used. Tried to check out and couldnāt get past the enter your loyalty id. If they donāt step up and have some professional developers rewrite this app, they wonāt have to worry about any loyalty customers. Iāve been a Stack customer for years but this experience is making me rethink this.

WAS excited for Strackās to jump on the pick-up bandwagon
BUT, this is a disaster. 2 apps for no good reason. I canāt log into the Strack to go app even though I have a Strackās account already. I do pick-ups at Jewel, Target, Meijer, and Walmart so very easily, but I cannot get this app to work. Please, please improve!
Not good!
Needs a lot of updates! Moves slowly, looks like a app from the early 2000s. Not user friendly. A lot of glitches.
