Don't expect to find what you are looking for
When I know for a fact the store carries a product and it's not an item that sells out, why will it not even show up on the website. Do not expect to find what you are looking for unless you practically go through the whole stores list! Do they not want to sell to people that can't come in to the store? And don't even ask for delivery! It took the delivery driver all over town before they could even come to me or they wouldn't get paid. Call HyVee corporate and complain (they now own SVT).

Worst search engine ever!
I love being able to order online but it is virtually impossible to find what you’re looking for using the search function. It’s EXTREMELY frustrating. It returns items not even remotely relevant - like toothpaste when you’re looking for dog food. I mean, I need toothpaste sometimes but not when I’m looking for dog food…

App must have been a High school project.
This is one of the worst online buying apps I have ever used. Tried to check out and couldn’t get past the enter your loyalty id. If they don’t step up and have some professional developers rewrite this app, they won’t have to worry about any loyalty customers. I’ve been a Stack customer for years but this experience is making me rethink this.

WAS excited for Strack’s to jump on the pick-up bandwagon
BUT, this is a disaster. 2 apps for no good reason. I can’t log into the Strack to go app even though I have a Strack’s account already. I do pick-ups at Jewel, Target, Meijer, and Walmart so very easily, but I cannot get this app to work. Please, please improve!
Not good!
Needs a lot of updates! Moves slowly, looks like a app from the early 2000s. Not user friendly. A lot of glitches.
Useless
App won’t let me change between other screens. Can’t access my groceries, all other tabs. Stuck on Specials for Me. Second time using it, same issues.

I now have deleted both of the apps they have. They are a nightmare I’ve called I’ve emailed. I use apps all the time all customers want from the grocery store is the sale ad option to make a list option to add the coupons and be able to view it when they’re in the store. They cannot seem to come up with this. They think we want recipes. They think we want huge pictures they have a problem creating this. I give up. He wanted to know if I wanted to update this it’s still the worst app.

You can also visit www.strackandvantil.com and view our digital ad where you can clip coupons and create a shopping list and print it. Needs fixing.
Tried searching for products. Search never completes. When opening app. I am always asked for my address when its not needed to pick up.
