Inconsistent
When it works, it works fine. But from my cell phone, I find the app freezes once I log in. With a strong wifi connection and reinstalling the app followed by a hard reset, 2/5 times it freezes and I just have to wait a few hours. At that point, it may or may not work.
App Convenience
The bank app has been consistently awesome! Been using it for years. Always easy. Always reliable and very user friendly. Would have given it 6 stars if I could. ;)
